I approach massage with a very integrative style based on my years of experience learning about, and working with the body through the lens of a trainer; which allows me to create functional and effective solutions for my clients. I find joy in helping others, along with learning how things work and trying to figure out solutions when something goes wrong. I attended Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies to attain my massage therapy license (LMT) I studied basic massage, acupressure, and specialized in craniosacral therapy. I attended Cumberland University, attained my degree in health and human performance with a minor in strength & conditioning. I have spent over a decade in the fitness industry training, coaching, and most importantly, learning. During this time I have attained a strength & conditioning certification through the collegiate strength and conditioning coaches association, (CSCCA) Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) Level 3, and Precision Nutrition Lvl 1. I utilize all of this knowledge to assist me with helping create a solution and game plan for clients; whatever that may look like. Outside of massage, training, and nutrition I enjoy riding my motorcycles, working on it and my cars, along with going to the lake.
Go on, be a good friend and share MassageBook with them. They'll love you for it.
